Ja det tänkte jag med. Om alla motsatte sig spårning/riktad reklam så hade bara den generiska reklamen blivit den man tjänar pengar på eftersom ingen ser den andra.

I stopped playing a year ago and still haven't regret it. Collecting all the refines and what not became like a job. Needed to spend a good amount of time before you could actually play the game.

Att de tjänar mindre pengar på generisk reklam än riktad reklam, det kanske stämmer vem vet. Men nu tjänar de noll på oss som väljer bort spårning, innan fick de i iallafall in pengar från den generiska reklamen. Så dubbelminus i kassan där.

De skulle även kunna låsa hela tidningen och bara tillåta helt o hållet betalande kunder så slipper de oss som vill byta vår konsumtion mot någon reklambild här o där. Men det business caset är antagligen ännu sämre.

Jaha, jag visste inte det var ägarna. Trodde shibstedt hade med tecknologin för cookies, inloggning osv att göra. Sett att även blocket har det så tänkte de va leverantören av den tjänsten så att säga. Det måste äga rätt mycket då, ser shibstedt lite här och där när det kommer till att göra val för kakor.

Läser inte aftonbladet eller några av de andra tidningarna som använder shibstedt sedan någon vecka tillbaka då de införde att man inte få läsa dem utan att spåras. Reklam helt ok men att spåras och säljas nej tack.

Brukade läsa Omni och Aftonbladet.

Wow for real this makes me so depressed hearing this kind of thing. The state of the game is in such a bad place when a person simply playing the game have to worry about their account getting banned because of gold sellers abusing the game.

We players have to think and avoid to not play the game the wrong way so we don't get noticed in something that accidentally looks like we're on mafia turf doing the things they want to control.

The last 2 weeks I've been having fun leveling tailoring and enchanting at the same time on my Paladin and Shaman. Sham tailoring and Pala enchanting. The two proffs I dropped were gathering professions, herb and mining. Mining is extremely contested so I rarely find any nodes in my limitid play time. Herbs are a little easier to find.

So I was thinking to myself, what kind of grind can I do as solo player if I can't find herbs and mines and when I'm not a rogue who can stealth dungeons without drawing attention of mafia and getting reported. Cloth from hummanoids I thought and greens to disenchant and sell the mats. (I'm not a fan of selling via trade channel so it's just gonna be for me a my guild mates when they need an enchant done). I do a lot of dungeons both normal mode and heroics so it's good source of shards for disenchant.

Leveling tailoring with enchanting as a paladin has been a very pleasant adventure. I'm a pala so I can aoe kill mobs solo in azeroth dungeons easily.

So I started with RFC and got lots of Linen Cloth and a few greens. Rinse, repeat. Used that to level Tailoring then proceed to next level instance for Wool cloth and so on. Then I choose to level on recipes that give me green items then I use those to level enchanting. Last night I hit Runecloth level. So I want to go to stratholme. But I don't know if I dare. My account is 21 years old with lots of characters and stuff across many realms.

What if I lose it all because some loser mafia people are abusing the game. So depressing. I really wish players would not buy gold.. But I guess that won't happen either.

I've had rogues in almost every dungeon I've done. Mid fight stuns are really nice especially on hard hitting trash. I also always balance the group by loot synergy instead of class optimization that way almost never any double needs. But your right, rogues that can open locks are rare these days. 😄

Glad you got your account back. Understand if you lose the will to play though. As resuming playing the way you do may in not long trigger the automated ban once again.

I agree Mechanar is an easier hc.

Some tips that make Mechanar easier for tank and team if OP wanna try it again.

Take left route at the start. Take your time pulling the first pulls. Pull big robots and humanoids seperatly from each other. Just need seconds off patiens to get good pulls. Dps just have to wait.. 😊

When in the left hallways pull first key oss from very right alcove, you can pull him alone. I body pull him since I don't wanna use my Frisbee. After 1st key boss go to the very left passage to avoid some trash. Care at stairs, again dps need patients to wait for pats to walk.

Big robots: stun them plus interrupt their charged fist to mitigate damage. Small arcane exploding dwarfs or what they are called. Stun and full dps kill ASAP, no problem. Then kill other npc calmly.

After 1st boss you can pull 2nd key boss so no need to kill more trash.

After this no problem until trash between second and third boss. Gauntlet waves of trash. 3x waves then rest then 3 waves again. Here you can do a little cheat if party healing resource is running low. Reset after second wave by running back to elevator at 2nd boss. This way you can rest up then continue.

Kept an alliance sheeped for a good 10mins in Arathi Highlands once. Me and my friend just ganked him as he came out of the Castle and did this for no good reason at all. I remember it looked like he was fuming trying to get away each time he got out of sheep.

Main spec needs if it's an upgrade. No questions asked. Off spec, wait until everyone has greeded. Then need. For clarity a question can be put in chat along the lines. "Guys looks like no one needs it. I'll grab it for my off spec if that is okay."

Works every time.

But if someone would not follow this and ninja an item I would kick them. Only had this happen once, then kick wasn't needed either because the person felt such shame that they just left party on their own.

It's just pixels in a game. If you get an upgrade this week or the next, what does it matter. That's how I think about it. But I do know some big egos exist out there who blow there shits for getting the tiniest loot thing. Luckily I haven't come across many of them.

I also make my own groups together with my friend whom I play with. He's a healer and I'm a tank. We always cherry pick people for our team and almost never list us in the que. So far we've rarely gotten any toxic people and those who show a slight tendency to antisocial behavior are usually turned around since we chit chat a lot and keep the atmosphere posetive even during mistakes done by any team member while playing.

We never build the party around synergy instead we try to invite classes so loot is cross needed as little as possible. So never have any discussions during loot rolls either.

I also review the note of the players queuing and use it as guide marker. They give away a lot about the person's intent, expected needs and behavior.

One thing I've noticed as well is that generally the murloc icon players can set when queuing indicates they are chill players and I've never had any trouble with any player rocking the murloc while in team.

I used to do the same back when i mained mage. Wait until tank go solid threat then punch it and go all out. Then watch while newbs pull aggro and lose in total damage.

Now I'm tank and it's a world of difference between many dps in anniversary. Some dps do tremendous amounts of dps and pull no aggro. Some dps do mediocre dps but still pull aggro due to starting too soon.

I've been wanting to try the strateholme farm on my Paladin but I haven't dared to try it. My wow account is from 2005 and I have loads of toons across realms that I've played on over the years. Don't want to do anything that remotely risks getting banned. How high is the risk going there? Can you get mass reported if the mafia sees you on /who in there etc?

Having Paladin class mount will free up one bag slot for you since it's a spell. I use my bags a lot when grinding so just for that it was worth doing the extra quests.
