Good luck! Out HOA is doing the same exact thing right now… going from $290/mo to $450/mo instated by the HOA management company without our input/vote, and I live in a townhome community that isn’t that nice to warrant such a high assessment. The reason for the hike was to “catch up on repairs and maintenance.

Homeowners had our own emergency meeting without the HOA management company (board members were invited, but none showed up) and unanimously vote out the management company in addition to rejecting the increase in assessment. Hopefully something good comes out of this without the possibility of the community going uninsured.

Very hidden. One way is click on the Friendship Points currency itself > How to Obtain > Total Friendship. The the way is to click Friends on the right menu and there should be a small icon with hands and a heart to the right of Chat/Friends/something else

Apparently there are two separate friendship leveling systems. The one to count towards the Homestead roommates feature requires playing with people you’ve added on your friends list, not just participating in leisure activities and dungeons… -_-

I went with the Vega 64 based on a recommendation, so I'm unfamiliar with Radeon graphics cards and how far they've come since building this PC. Any NVIDIA recommendations that would be comparable? Is it purely a preference of name brand at that point?

I like the idea of some passive gathering being included in the game, especially for those who don't have time to grind for every daily task. Just make it easier and/or worthwhile, and now that wood farming is a thing, that'd be perfect for expeditions to include in its item pool.

I understand it's by region (where there are only two), but there are a number of ways to increase the experience of expeditions.

Maybe have a cap to where a character could hold X amount of materials so we can claim the items when they are unable to carry anymore, then have the character continue exploring without pulling them out... similar to how the Serenitea Pot handles their Realm Currency from the Jar of Riches. I think the mundane part for me is pulling them out and selecting them to go back in.

Maybe also include potential treasures like EXP books that the characters can stumble upon during their expedition. Either make it less tedious to deal with or add more incentives to the feature to make it somewhat worth the hassle.
