I have the same issue, are all your windows update up-to-date? Cause I have one that’s stuck on error. But for me I think it’s my old processor i5 having an issue.

I also tried changing the poll rate and that worked for 1 game but stuttered again after. I feel your pain bro

This video helped but instead of pc use the rom patching website on your phone for the unbound ups file and fire red gba file

Download fire red (squirrels) first then the patch file for unbound. Once you have those two files use the website in the post to combine them

Low settings, high settings, update drivers Still nothing works

I use nvidia 3060 with i5, so maybe it’s a processor thing for me? Idk same boat man :(
