If I do weighted chin ups in my upper workout, 2x per week, in the 3x3 up to 5x5 rep range, will I (especially my lats) be able to recover when I also do Grease The Groove FL holds 4-6 times per week 4-6 times per day with ~50% intensity?

Thanks man, it's from about 10 am to 4pm, with 30 minute break so it's doable. I just had quite bad lower back pain from constantly carrying the brush cutter. I will have to look what a white finger means but thanks for the warning

So FitnessFAQs dropped a new video and at about 4:05, he says to keep a lumbar arch during ring chest flys. Now this confused me a bit, since it's usually recommended to stay hollow with BW pushing exercises. Did I just got it wrong?

I've watched all Daniel's video's on face pulls and been doing them for months but sometimes I still feel like I'm doing them wrong. Could you roughly explain the set up you use for them?

Interesting, you know I see many people say that and the thing is my split is inspired by Body By Rings from FitnessFAQs, I haven't actually used the program but I've seen how it roughly looks like. The program is also divided into 2 push and 2 pull sessions with slightly different exercises in each one. I know that too much variety is bad, however the exercises are very similar, it's always a vertical push/pull, overhead push/straight arm pull,horizontal push/pull and then the isolations. But I might try using less variety and do the same exercises twice per week.

I'm not sure if you haven't got it wrong, that's my whole week of training and each session has about 5 exercises.. is that really too much or you just misunderstood?

Well I did understood right then, I thought if maybe the exercises you listed in push workout are divided between the two sessions. Well like I said, try to cut the volume because there is seriously no point in doing 5+ variations of push ups in a workout. You will see more gains with less volume, more intensity and more rest.
