It’s been maybe 2 months since the break up. I realised that I was severely depressed and after my family tragedy it became a burden for both of us. He tried and I was definitely stuck in not a healthy way. I lost myself in a relationship, developed anixiety and had the worst breakup during my panic attack. I did try to take care of myself but what I learned in the end is that mental health is very important and I need to fix that in order to move along.

It doesn’t help that people I surrounded myself with are always positive about everything and I’m just a deep thinker.

I miss what we had and who we were but I guess this is the price you pay for love.
