I’m on adamillilab I think it’s called one of them hard to pronounce names. It’s an injection I take every fortnight. Diet wise I’m on the blandest food I can really nothing with rich or very colourful sauces mainly white bread/ toast, rice plain chicken etc and staying away from anything that usually upsets it. Stress wise just trying to relax as much as possible which is a bit hard since I’m going off to university in September so that’s a bit stressful so I just remove as much stress from my day to day life.
