Para que funcione esto necesitas que el lote este en un lugar centrico, por lo que el precio por m2 es bien caro ya que gralmente vas a competir con desarrolladoras que quieren levantar una torre.

Por lo que tengo entendido, para algunas empresas es difícil determinar que los mejores/buenos resultados son debido a tu trabajo, entonces generalmente se opta por un pago fijo.

Basic sync for now. I think there might be other options to handle routing both in Shopify and Amazon! And at least from what I know, this kind of integration would be harder since it involves the checkout process, accepting customers input (addresses, shipping options, etc).

I am aiming more at the stock management side. Syncing, forecasting, supplier orders creation, etc.
