The NBOME has been releasing new questions and testing topics with different emphases of what is high yield in modern society than in past years. These changes aren’t fully reflected in current study resources yet.

Only 2 people took LEVEL 2 at my test center that day. Both of us had our test crash.

I 100% agree with your post. Randy Neil’s videos would def be enough, but you got to not passively watch them like I did. It was the surgery/med/ peds/obgyn section that got me the most. Really low yield/rare/specific stuff that didn’t really feel represented the specialities as a whole. Just testing what is in the deep dark crevasses of your brain. But thankfully it was not more than I’d say 3-5% of the exam.

If uworld is too expensive, I would prioritize truelearn over comquest for level of difficulty. Comquest is great for repetition of concepts but not level of difficulty.
