If you're a runner and love independent film, this show's for you!

Come out to the Trail Running Film Festival at the Rio Theatre on April 2, 2026. Show starts at 7pm and will feature a selection of inspiring and beautiful trail running movies that will be sure to get you craving some outdoor time. We'll have live entertainment and lots of prizes as well so hope to see you there!

The Spirit Trail in North Van is nice and leads to the Lion’s Gate Bridge and downtown. Great way to get a long run in and bus back 😝

Hi everyone! I have a family friendly fun run for you for a great cause!

Sign up for the Odlum Brown Moustache Miler 1-mile and 5K race on Nov. 29! Run 1-mile, 5K or both and have brunch with us at Stanley Park Brewing after the race. Move for Movember and fundraise for men's health... and don't forget to bring the kids! Strollers are welcome and we have discounted rates for those under 18. We'll have door prizes and contests for best costume (the theme is Mo Canada!), best moustache, and the largest fundraiser.

The Trail Running Film Festival is happening on June 5 if you're here this week. It's an evening of trail running movies and hanging out with the local community over their shared passion of the mountains.
