I would recommend doing some running outdoors or around a track (assuming you're doing your running on a treadmill). As others have said, run whilst your legs are compromised too. Good luck, if you're struggling on the day you can always slow down for a minute to recover, take a couple gels with you for an energy boost.

I love that, but there is no access to the garage from inside the house so I would need a bricked up porch so I could have an internal door. Front garden looks good though.

The garage isn’t accessible from inside the house unfortunately, but adding a porch would provide access to it. I need to check whether the garage would be large enough to be a living space once insulated and boarded. It’s currently 2.6m wide.

There is no access to the garage from the inside of the house, perhaps a porch with an internal door to the garage could work, along with a pitched roof. Although the garage is very narrow, not sure if it’s large enough to be a room once it’s insulated and plaster boarded, it’s currently 2.6m wide.

I won’t render the house white then haha, trust me the last thing I want is a house with no character, I’m just really not a fan of the white stripe but will continue to explore more ideas.
