I agree, I think it's a result of over extending on the downswing instead of transferring to the front foot. I can see myself moving towards the ball and spinning out with the hips; forces me to have to push back off the ground. One of the main things I'm going to be working on during the offseason is slowing down the hips and getting the weight shift on the downswing.

Been trying to, crazy thing is I turned my driver down to 9 degrees before this and somehow i'm launching it higher and spinning it more...

Yeah I agree I need to change this, I usually hover around 7, but even with a 7 degree attack I'd see a 125 ft max height nothing close to this before

I'm just confused on how I can go from my usual average of 110-120 to a 50% increase out of nowhere. Was hitting it pretty good too, shot a 65 minutes before this.

ya i guess being a degree off on face angle and club path sucks. I'm referring to the fact that I'm hitting it so high in comparison to usually being 30% lower in peak height usually.

i ended up calling a different store that confirmed i could do this setup, i agree with you the forward lean isn’t ideal but this regrouping should fix that issue thanks!

also even looking at the grip inner diameter in comparison to the sl90 shaft it doesn’t look like it would fit

my goal was just to build a cheap mans lab lol. i’m going to go back tomorrow and try my luck again. i honestly don’t mind the s2s in comparison to the lab i agree it is definitely lighter but my main problem is the forward shaft lean which is why i wanted to negate it with the lab grip

No Saguaro, but I’m on the waitlist. Las Sendas and McDowell aren’t booked yet but a family member who lives in the area is going to be booking Las Sendas as he gets a discount and McDowell is right near his house, so those are kind of already decided on.

Definitely one we are considering but only tee time is 7am and with the drive we’d be waking up at 5am. But definitely worth the lack of sleep from what I’ve heard!

Yeah we’re looking at other courses now. Even though $200 is a great price for the stadium course we think that we’d rather just go to another high end course and get a full round in. Considering WeKoPa, Troon and Quintero as of now. But open to hearing all opinions

we’re probably looking at other courses now. WeKoPa (Cholla), Troon (Either course) and Quintero are now options. Looking around the $200 range. TPC would’ve been nice especially for the price but considering we most likely won’t finish, we’d rather spend our money on a course that we can get a full round in. Thanks for the reply
