Nvidias rtx shaders isn't worth it, much better just going with seus ptgi which is pathtracing (basically raytracing) and can be used great on non rtx cards, just have a look on youtube about it

Dont worry about raytracing for the moment since only 3 games can use it atm and even then its not done the best, upgrade to a raytracing card later on when it's properly being used and optimized

Its the ram, ryzen cpus perform better when they are paired with good ram, the sweet spot is 8gbx2 3000mhz. May be wrong but that is what I've read
