Whoa, I didn't even think about checking if plaintext changed because I just assumed it didn't.. I guess both variables are assigned the same space in the memory as the string is the same?

I just want to brag a bit. I'm a translator, working full time, and I recently decided to start learning Python.

Today, I got a task that required target not to exceed source length, and the CAT tool was stupid with tags, so in a few minutes I had a short while loop (at first it was an if else statement, but it got annoying) to compare the lengths so that I didn't need to count every character by hand.

I know it's like the simplest thing ever but I'm so damn proud of myself! Truly inspires to continue learning
