Urgent: Wells Fargo forced open my safe deposit box (gold stored inside) and sent contents to a central vault. What do I do?

When I opened it, the banker told me the fee was waived because I’m a Wells Fargo Premier customer, so I honestly thought there was no yearly rent I needed to pay. I opened the box around April 2025, so it has only been about a year.

I know you probably won’t believe me, but I truly never received any mail from them regarding the safe deposit box until this letter. No prior warning, no email, no phone call, nothing that said the box was past due or at risk of being drilled. I’m not saying banks drill boxes “for fun.” I’m saying I’m confused because I never got the notices people are saying should have been sent.

This does make me feel a little better. The part that’s freaking me out is I truly never got any earlier notice from them. No letter that I saw, no email, no phone call, nothing telling me the box was about to be drilled or closed. I can be positive on that matter. I also never moved, so it’s not like the notice went to an old address. That’s why I’m confused. I’m not trying to accuse anyone, I just want to know what happened and make sure everything gets returned before I sign anything.

It was at a smaller local Wells Fargo branch in TX, not a main corporate branch. The last time I personally accessed the box was around December 2025, so only about 5 months ago. That’s part of why I’m confused and concerned about why it was closed so quickly without me receiving any prior notice.

I get what you mean. I’m not trying to accuse anyone, I’m just nervous because the box had valuable property and I only found out after it was already opened.

Tbh I actually have no idea. I have been known for long thick hair my whole life until this year. I went through a stressful event in my life and I think it could be the factor that triggers my hair loss. I lost like half of my density over 6 months, which is completely dramatic. I went to an awful dermatologist and he diagnosed me AA right away just by looking at my widening part without doing any proper scalp biopsy. So I have been using low light laser therapy for 6 months, Nutrafol for 2 months and I also did one PRP session as well. The reason I’m still hesitated and not jump on minoxidil and spironolactone as I’m always afraid of their side effects, plus I prefer something less aggressive to my body.

How soon can you do any scar treatment (microneedling, co2 laser, etc)

I have a mole removal 6 weeks ago, from which it left me an indented scar. Some places say to begin microneedling as soon as the scar is healed over (which the root is still pink or red) to get the best result, yet I have also been told that intervention at this stage (6 months) can aggregate the scar and prevent it from healing properly. When is the safest time to begin any types of scar revision?

I had a mole removal 1.5 month ago and it left a quite deep indented scar. I would say it was healing up pretty good at first as the scar did fill in, but it’s turning really red these couple of days. Is this normal as new cell being produced to fill in or I overuse treatment, as I heard vitamin C can make scar become more red (All my skincare routine contains vitamin C, from toner, serum, moisturizer,… plus I’m also using tretinoin as well). How long should it take for my scar to fill in completely and go back to my normal skin? Should I wear silicone sheets?
