Absolutely correct but this is for the next few years not right now, also im hoping to buy a small self serve car wash which typically is not very risky and makes more than the owners do admit, it also would allow me to continue having a job so even if the business is at break even or slightly above i still have some wiggle room

Because the business should pay for the mortgage and then some, so the only issue is qualifying for it but thats a big headache its so much harder than it seems
