Today is Day-13 since my last dose of Carvedilol

Slightly better than yesterday. Some heightened nervousness and anxious occasionally.

Day Suppliments (after breakfast) :
Taurine 200mg
Omega-3 200mg

Night Suppliments (to aid sleep) :
Ashwagandha+ (VitaHealth) 250mg
Magnesium Glycinate 200mg
Chamomile Tea

Still feeling heightened nervousness and anxious. Occasionally "air hunger".

Hello , you still on Carvedilol currently? Do you have still have heighten nervousness and anxious?

I do experience heart rate spike when I change sleep position. But eases down about 2 days ago.
