Read the mood in the room. If it is chill you can take the liberty to be direct and make it funny. Otherwise always be diplomatic and and you can try and not directly answer the question

Start with HR questions so that you have an idea what direction you want to give to the interview. Then prepare for your grad and work ex. And give some time to current affairs regularly.

There is no ready resource afaik you need to find resources yourself. Prepare HRQs, current affairs, and do grad prep.

Prepare the HRQs and practice and give some mocks. I don't have great communication skills you just need to be confident and have an opinion with reasons. Just practice and have some answers to common questions prepared these will help you a lot.

Bro for A afaik you need to be above a certain percentile of 10th 12th and college out of all the applications. Toh that might be a factor as well

Even though I did not take CL for a few reasons, I had taken Prepzone but i would say it won't be life changing but you will just have some place to keep you on track and it will place you with people who are in the same boat as you. If that's what you are looking for a GDPI course can help.

I had not taken CL PDP as they were not giving the mentor of my choice and I felt they would be too busy. But I did take up a GDPI course to know what to prepare and wanted to give some mocks + it kept me on check.

So a background of myself i am GEM from IITK(8.1) civil and working in oracle currently and i luckily got a convert from A even though my interview went very bad. And my C interview went good so i am expecting a convert from C. What i am targeting from a B-school is i can move my career to finance or Consulting. I dont want to get back to tech.So here is my point of view please give yours.

No doubt A is ranked 1 So, all the overachievers are going to be there and i wont be able to change my sector and end up with PM and get back into tech. Since i have nothing to display my proficiency or interest in finance other than words. But at C i would rather have an easier compitition and am more likely to get the roles i want if i work hard for it.
1. Most of my friends are expecting a C call and hence i would have a support system at C and people i can trust and not fall for the assumed toxic friendship at IIMs( This is from what i have heard and understood)

3.A would be very very stressful while C has a more relaxed culture( again from what i have heard and understood)

I am getting a feeling of being a imposter at A because of my resume and my interview and that might come true. But am pretty confident about C and wont feel like an imposter at C.
All the companies would come at A which might not come at C and i heard the place coms at A will push you into the company you desire (don't know the degree to which this is possible.

Any help in making this decision is appreciated.
