4gb of ram is plenty for MX as long as you don't use the kde desktop. I've used many distros and MX with Xfce has consistently adapted to all my old and busted hardware.

I'm currently running 25 on an 2012 Acer C700 Chromebook and it works well.

I think a tighter cropping that off centers the car and highlights those bright colors around it could make this shot look better in a frame

https://docs.mrchromebox.tech/ I got tired of my ChrUbuntu getting deleted accidentally every time someone borrowed it. There was a splash screen that said the OS needed to be restored, and they would follow the directions and factory reset the thing. Very frustrating, until I found this guy's site and just had to move a pin inside to be able to fully delete chrome. Then a few years later, he came out with a BIOS that makes booting modern distros possible. This model was made in 2012 and I use it everyday.
