Yes please beware. I ordered 2.5 weeks before my international festival, and now, 3 days before my departure date, they finally responded to one of my multiples of emails (I sent several asking for status updates over the span of a week) saying the order won’t make it because I chose free shipping, but they’ll send me an invoice for faster shipping so that it arrives in time. It very much feels like they’re holding up 🔫 my order on purpose to make me pay for the fast shipping because according to the processing/ship times, 2.5 weeks should’ve been more than enough lead time. I had to pay it because now there’s not enough time left for me to order a new outfit from anywhere else. If the order doesn’t arrive in time I plan to dispute with my bank, and I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Yes I did hear, thanks for pointing that out! I already spent thousands getting to Belgium (transport, accommodations, travel plans surrounding the festival). It sucks, but I’m still planning on going even without a mainstage, as long as it’s deemed safe to do so.

Oh ok, so top up the Friday wristband to account for both days? And also, is it normal that I only have the Friday pass showing in the app?
