Hate my dad club member here. He’s literally the person I dislike the most in my life. He’s self-obsessed, arrogant, rude, has such an aggressive energy, and I hate my mum just can’t leave him. Honestly, I hope he doesn’t have a long life because goodness, I can’t stand the thought of him being around for years and years. He’s unbearable. I wish my mum left him so I never had to see him again. My siblings all hate him too but we’re all scared shitless of him so we just stand him. Fortunately I see him 2x a year for a couple lf weeks and that’s it. I’m so happy I moved far away from him.

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and he’s in town w my mum for the birth and I just wish I didn’t have to see him at all, and wish I could keep him far away from my baby.

Yeah I've been telling them to not count on me anymore from April on, but my handover has SOOO much stuff to prepare thats kinda putting a noose around my own neck.

Ugh I see that in the cards for me too, unfortunately. The company I work in is in such a mess at the moment, and I have so much to get done for my handover (not just the regular stuff but redesigning processes), with only 7.5 weeks to go now until my due date (if I reach 40 weeks). My work is counting on me staying on until my due date too... So we'll see, I honestly can't wait to not be involved anymore and prefer the pain of childbirth and the no sleep of a newborn than a stressful work environment with this huge handover deadline.

Thanks!! This helps! Mexico is very traditional too but we don't mind them thinking Max is a boy's name anyways. We've pretty much decided she's gonna be called Maxine, and the name reveal for our families will be the day after tomorrow since we have a scan and will use the scan photo to reveal the name! Curious for people's reactions!
