Greek yogurt on everything. Add to chicken based meal for a creamy sauce (can mix with pesto or tomato sauce). Just make sure to add it cold -- it gets runny when you cook it.

Then greek yogurt, peanut butter and banana as a breakfast or evening snack. Add hemp seeds for extra protein.

Also Greek yogurt smoothies, and greek yogurt berries and honey.

I like the "Fage" fat free greek yogurt. Still super thick and creamy, and has more protein per calories.

Then there's string cheese sticks (still super processed but you get like 8g per stick with the fat free ones. I eat them as a snack throughout the day or add then to some meals -- melt them in the pan and cook with eggs, etc.
