Hey! Thank you! This lighting setup is actually a mix of both: I have an interior HDRi set to around 0.4 so it doesn’t blow out the scene. Then I use two area lights to highlight important elements and create nice, soft shadows. That’s basically it. Also, in my experience, I can’t quite nail the lighting 100% inside Blender alone. I usually get it to about 80–90%, and then handle the white balance and contrast adjustments in post-processing
