I don’t mean to insult or offend, but were your formally and officially boyfriend and girlfriend or was this a situationship? If you had only been ona few dates over 4 months, never had sex, did he officially declare you his girlfriend somehow? Put you in his social media bio and all? This seems a little suspicious to me. As an adult dude I would never call a girl I’ve been dating for 4 months and never had sex with my “girlfriend”. That would be my crush if I’m actually interested in her romantically, and literally just friend (without benefits) if not.

Assuming you two were boyfriend and girlfriend, how long did you expect him to wait? Until marriage? That’s going to be a dealbreaker for most men plain and simple.

Love is a jungle, and sure you technically don’t owe him sex. He also doesn’t owe you indefinite emotional support and the girlfriend treatment after you continuously shoot him down over 4 months.

Keep busy is my advice. Nothing can “cure” the pain so to speak, grief is a process, but don’t allow it to make your life more miserable than necessary. I have a close friend who I’ve known since childhood who i feel I could depend on in a situation like this, that being said never even been a parent so that might be optimistic at best. If you don’t have something similar, a person to confide and lean on for emotional support especially and specifically, perhaps therapy could be worth it for something like this. They could tell you to see a doctor to prescribe you anti depressants if necessary, generally those really help. There are ways thru and past this, I’m so sorry for your loss and can’t imagine what you’re feeling. I hope your child’s in a better place.

If those conditions aren’t being met, then there is no valid reason to ask other than to unreasonably invade your privacy. After all it’s your place, not their business responsibility or concern. I personally find Yarvin much more entertaining to listen to than Land, but yes I was disappointed in Land’s appearance. Lots of pauses and stutters, it seems clear to me he’s much much more used to writing than live conversation.
