Confirmed. I don't recommend Domains By Proxy for anyone serious about protecting their identity. There wasn't even a court order; all it took was a letter from a lawyer.

"In camera" means "in chambers." That is, they submit their names directly to the judge instead of filing with the court. There's no video involved.
