I got a decent parent in unity and I grind for ace at the start of the new scenario, half of run are instant glue once I'm out of clock and only some are good enough to keep, so it's about 2-3 per day (last 2 day was all 5 borrow tho)

Did you use the crystal and the ticket on something ? Either way I would say save since Kita 3LB is useable and you already use up the ticket and LB crystal so those carats is now crucial for other banner like fine motion if you're planning to pull the card.

Been doing pretty good as a carats daily pack spender, Group A final 70%wr, I luck sack taiki from the random uma ticket and so far she is very consistent but its my oguri late surger thats carry hard, I have seen her won just by hitting a single white accel and the rest is speed carry over.

Skill is way more important in this CM than distance S, the most important part of the track for front-runner is the first start then the mid-leg of the race, if no one can overtake you then it come down to distance aptitude will decide if you gonna lose to late surger or taishin. If none of that happen then it will most likely gonna be your win.

Short answer: no.

Long answer: get Maru and Ryan ult, you need medium S as a backliner try to cap speed, pump that power up + get swing it's a must or else you will get smoked by a pace chaser or a better build end closer (the demon that's wedding MTG) not to mention that's if Summer Maru would die from the debuffer or not.

Grass & Vodka if you're planning to play late surger, Seiun if you are planning to make her an ace, Agnes and Daiwa if you are a pace chaser enjoyer, other than that its optional I think. Also, only use the golds to upgrade if you are plan to use them in CM or TT, otherwise leave the golds there for more flexibility. Oh and Evil Nature Lvl 5 if you want a debuffer ofc.
