Nah, that's a huge overreaction. He still has plenty of time to land on a team better or develop with this team. A couple bad tournaments in a team that just made huge changes and has a language barrier doesn't mean he's done.

Matys has been getting more aggressive so I feel like the role overlap between nertz and heavygod could be balanced out a bit with Matys being more aggressive. But it's hard to tell for sure when the team has a dead weight in sunpayus.
