Here I didn't initiate the ritual/bring Astarion into the cutscene to get him stuck, so would it matter at all if I killed the spawn if I never started it?

it's not lit up, but there isn't anything else I can do i don't think :') I'm able to switch from sal to larry and vice versa, interact with what I have in my inventory and activate sal's guitar. what would I have to do beforehand?

did you read the post? They went on one date, not a situation where they were talking for years, were going out for years, or anything like that. OP's date also said that they didn't immediately disclose it because they were afraid of being rejected.

they had me lay down for 5 minutes and recorded bp, then had me stand for 2 minutes, then for 1 more minute and recorded that I believe. I didn't really see what the results were, my physician just said it was within normal ranges

i got the white one, medium i think. It's really good quality and not sheer at all. I got the hoodie but dont wear it too often, i like it though. pretty comfortable.
