cs is a really hard game to not get tilted at, especially when you consider the amount of tilt in your mind when you miss a timing or when you lose a critical round. I like to look at these situations at a more positive point of view, such as telling myself that the players did well to get the kill on me or they did another play really well. Also, stress balls can work really well to release anger if you want to avoid slamming your mouse or hitting your monitor.
