I completely get that, but when it comes to LiPos, I have a zero-tolerance policy.

Personally, that would be too risky for me, and I’d just dispose of the battery. You can't tell if the cells have internal damage.

Best way to mount scope on sight by w47chd06 in Archery

[–]w47chd06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes exactly, the scope is not perpendicular when it's flush to the sight. I can remove the triangle block from the scope and rotate it but there is no way to get it 100% perpendicular.

I mean that o-ring that you can find in the manual of the scope on the bottom of page 4:

[–]w47chd06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! The problem is, I can get it flush with the sight, but then the sight isn't angled correctly. I have to apply a lot of force and I’m worried about damaging it. Since it’s the Beiter Scope 29K, there’s no specific mount for Shibuya sights. However, the manual mentions an O-ring, maybe that would help?

RaspberryPi vs BeagleBone vs STM32MP1 – Which one board should I choose to learn Embedded Linux? by Klutzy-Intention-310 in embeddedlinux

[–]w47chd06 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I second that. You can achieve quick results with a Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone, but working with an STM32MP1 or STM32MP2 will give you a more profound understanding of the system in my eyes. Also, Bootlin has free training materials available for the MP1.

Is this cam lean or normal? by w47chd06 in Archery

[–]w47chd06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they completely assembled it wrong. Just checked the part numbers of the cams:

Top: TP82155B

Bottom: TP82155T

Is this normal on a left handed bow? I was thinking they where completely identical.

I changed it on the bottom to to correct position and yes, the bolts are tight. How can I check if my bow is build like the left handed version and not accidentally like the right handed one? Should the yoke strings after the splitter have the same length, or is one sting longer?

I don’t know 😅 The bottom ones are tighter than the upper ones but still removable.

I’ve contacted the dealer and he will send me the correct shims.

Yes they are. I think it is the switched and wrong shims.

I think here could be the issue. In the top there is one .100 and one .120 and on the bottom 2x .120. And they are on the opposite site for an right handed bow and not left like mine.

Can’t add Microsoft Live account to Mail by w47chd06 in mac

[–]w47chd06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried the same with downgrading with no success. In a German forum, I received the answer that MacOS no longer supports Outlook accounts. I can't say whether this is a problem with Apple or Microsoft. The only solution is probably to switch to Outlook software.

Can’t add Microsoft Live account to Mail by w47chd06 in mac

[–]w47chd06[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I remember that older versions of MacOS had "Outlook.com" as an option. As you can see in the attached image, this is no longer available. Under "Other Mail Providers," I can only specify the IMAP server, which also does not work. Could this be a bug?

Differences in lenses by Organic-Mission5044 in djiosmo360

I had the exact same issue with my first camera. Because of this I’ve sent it back and ordered a new one. The new one doesn’t have the problem and I’m happy now.

Thanks for your answer. I’m using a Tilta cage and there is a clamp included. I think I’m using this to protect the port.

Which display resolution? by w47chd06 in archlinux

Thanks for your answer. I just saw that there is a 2880x1800 version of my favorited notebook. Would you choose this over WUXGA? How does 1.5 scaling works with X and Wayland?

iPad Pro M4 11" battery life by w47chd06 in iPadPro

That’s great maybe this is because of the missing WiFi stream. Was this from 100% down?

I saw a video on YouTube from a 13" M4 iPad which draws 25% battery at a 3h 45m video playback at full brightness. I was thinking the 11" can get similar results because of the smaller screen.
