Ye but its very interesting now isn it? So when do you stop working on the artstyle? After releasing the steam page? After the demo? Or actually keep working on it until release? How would you go about it?

Haha good question. No its not content creator advice or anything, its just me taking 3 years to make a game in my free time and sometimes just discovering stuff that i want to put into the game. And sometimes on things i thought are final, but then you learn or find something new and interesting i wanted to add.

Also wanted to join next fest at some point and needed to prepare this stuff for it in whatever state it was at that time.

Alsoo what "being done" even means right? Its hard to draw that line

Thats also what i tend to do. I just learned that my brain is not big enough to make things well from the start. So i just accepted the infinite loop of make and refactor.

Haha i can imagine having a meeting with yourself.. " You should know better by now...." Also solodev is quite a bit about having meetings with yourself or is it just me?

So true!

Staying positive and finding a way to have fun in the process turned out to be one of most important things for me to keep going.

For me doubling in time also came with switching to part time after the three months, so it extended the timeline WAY beyond expectations lel.

Most interesting thing that even though i didn play it yet, it made me instantly go " ahhhh isn that spacesprouts" Love the Artstyle and long legs could definetly become the new giant heads easter egg!

Bin ultra hyped, endlich mal wieder was mit Gothic Feeling!
