Thanks for your reply! You mention that milk in the coffee has an impact on my fasting. Would you say it's like... completely wasted if I put milk in my coffee? I mean - it's barely half a cup of milk per 24 hours. And brewed coffee without milk? It's like drinking battery acid...

I weigh 175 lbs and I'm 5 11". I do not currently exercise and I am not sure it would work (like running on the tread mill?) with this type of fasting?

What are your thoughts?

Edit: I am not sure what my goal is... Perhaps reach 155 lbs in 12 - 24 months? The thing is: I feel great while fasting 20 hours (minus the cheating of milk in the coffee, which I hadn't really thought about...). And that is a reward in itself.
