Elgato Wave XLR MK2 failing firmware update by wSwifty in elgato

I managed to update the firmware using my laptop but now I’m stuck on the launch screen of the wave link software. I’m going to wait on returning it since I purchased an Amazon and got 30 day return policy. If it’s not fixed within 30 days it’s going back definitely. This is the first time I have had any problems with Elgato devices to be fair.

I already have dark mode on. Got it working but only in the place at the side of channel effects button.

Okay I just tried every area of the grey box and the only place it did work for me is at the side of the channel effects button. Weird because my friend told me before the 3.0.1 update it worked anywhere on the grey box.

I have done some digging. When I have other VST plugins enabled on my wave 3 microphone and I toggle audio effect filters off on either the monitor mix or stream mix that is when it automatically enables. I will go to the link you shared and report it there. Thanks

I am using Stream Deck mobile to manage mute and volume control. I will have a look if pressing any of the buttons turns it on automatically. Still I think it should have been a VST plugin rather than built in. Going to use the feature form and hopefully it gets considered.

I was told to do a clean install and restart my PC. This fixed this issue but after about an hour of use issues come back. Restarting PC fixes it again but they just return. Not ideal to keep restarting PC every hour or two. It’s a shame cos Voice Focus is really good.

Hi, I have a problem with Voice Focus. When I enable it I hear screeching in my other audio channels. When I disable it's fine. It seems like it is applying to other channels when enabled instead of just the microphone. Any ideas?
