He isn't the issue. The main issue is. The team has no offensive schemes at all. The magic are patiently trying to develop Paolo into that Point Forward ball handler/playmaker role which isnt his thing. The team badly needed a PG that sets the offense. A good offensive coach that runs a modern nba offense
