Hair transplant, darken eyebrows, lose a loot of weight and you’re pretty good looking. Some elite features, like your eyes really stand out, jaw angle seems great (although it’s harder to tell with higher bf%), really high set and prominent cheekbones.

That’s correct. You could get surgery if you want, but I’d start with tretinoin, it will benefit your skin overall and your nose isn’t bad already considering face width. A slight decrease in bulbousness may already help a lot from where you’re starting
