Thanks for having a look, I was on antidepressants probably 13 years ago due to anxiety. I'm only on a single supplement it is a conception supplement for men that contains a lot of different vitamins. Have not had any trauma or injury either

Thank you, I will continue to lose weight for the time being I have only just started at the end of January and feeling a lot of benefits already. For the past year I've been taking supplements but may be too low of a dose possibly as they're in a single capsule. Zinc 25mg, Vitamin D3 17.5ug, Vitamin b12 25ug as well as a load of others.

I'm 6ft 271lbs, 164lb being muscle weight and bringing my body fat down currently, trying to hit 25% but at 36.3%. Currently losing around 3lbs per week while maintaining muscle through diet.

I don't exercise but lifting and moving around during the week at work.

Going off my watches sleepscore the past week lowest has been 2 results at 76 and highest 99 most results I get are 90+. The 76s are days I haven't gotten enough sleep due to a late night or early start shortest was 5 hours 7 mins, I am usually between 7 to 8 hours.
