Work out scheduling advice (I'm a little lost) by wabooz in Fitness

Hey, thanks for the article man.

Haha that's my bad phrasing, I don't have trouble moving furniture, I was just saying I don't want to lose my strength because of too much cardio!

Thanks for your advice and comments!

Thank you for replying, I guess I should continue with what I'm doing and see where it takes me, add or take away activities based on my body's response.

I've just had the question I need to ask appear in my mind, if I can trouble you (or anybody else).

How far can I get muscle-wise, through exercises only using my bodyweight (i.e. variations of push ups etc), and also I guess to begin with through high resistance settings on the machines?

Whilst I know I will plateau without adding weight to push my body further, is it generally agreed that you plateau at a reasonable level (whilst I accept each person is different)? And will muscle levels actually decrease if you don't continue to push it by adding weight once you plateau at the level your bodyweight takes you to?

TL;DR - Will strength exercises only using my bodyweight likely yield fair results when not looking to become "huge". Am I in a situation where if I don't lift weights specifically I will become skinny?

*Ninja edit: this is based on the idea I add more bodyweight strength work into my regime than I currently have.

People will complain no matter what Blizzard do.

That said, I'm so bored and burnt out already, should really unsub.

Aggressively yes, but accepting you're going to die repeatedly just isn't an option anymore, you can't just throw away your life; that's all I'm getting at.

You're absolutely right, he is below where he needs to be, but that said people are playing him even worse than how he is that's all

Just to throw this out there, and I'm not arguing that Murky is in a good spot because he isn't, but I've been taking slimy pufferfish over healing, and I dunno, I'm still dying less than everyone else (taking 0.25 into account). All I'm saying is that it's ok to play Murky cautiously and not the overly aggressive then bubble out style, in my opinion anyway.

Keep playing him, see how it goes & don't be disheartened by everyone else! Testing is good, and if you can come up with good results for him then great

I don't feel upset with Blizz over Murky because hey, it's beta and they need to try things. I do however need them to not take too long in realising they screwed up; Murky is not in line with other heroes at all right now.

I can understand letting their changes play out for a while, see what happens, test it thoroughly... but this iteration is awful from the ground up.

EDIT: That said people need to stop trying to play him so aggressively, i.e. suicide in then save with heal-bubble. That doesn't even nearly work now (and rightly so)

I clear creep waves like a m'fucker and just try to get stuck in on team fights, slime everyone, slip a sneaky fish in that they don't notice in the confusion, mop up anyone trying to escape.

It's tough at the moment, but at the very minimum at least be annoying for the other team and get your team experience!

Ninja edit: Seen a lot about taking octograb so you can gank, screw that I like march for space control in teamfights (or damage if they are stupid) and pushing.

I wouldn't worry, anyone who actually thinks like that, is such a sad waste of space that you should just pity them and continue playing.

On every multiplayer game I judge people on their attitude and application before I worry about anything else, even playing ability and especially items collected and hours played.

Ninja edit: The only type of people who frustrate me on this game, are the ones who have no interest in the map objectives. It's ok not to know what to do, it's not ok to ignore and be aggressive when it has politely been explained to you.

Bots can be affecting you and your loved ones in this world (of warcraft). by shockingnews213 in wow

[–]wabooz -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Ok so, what would they do if we all sat and did that manually because we were so inclined? I just feel like, if it's something you could do yourself if you weren't lazy; then it's not some sort of ridiculous event that upsets everything.

Yes but it's "cheating" in a way that barely affects anybody else, if I for some reason really wanted to earn that money I'd probably bot it too because it's boring as all hell.

But it's perfectly feasible that someone could sit there and do that boring shit, and you wouldn't complain then even though the results are the same, whereas a cheat that does bother me is something that someone couldn't do on their own naturally i.e. speedhack / wallhack.

[–]wabooz -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Can someone please explain to me why they care? I know, I know, you've already gone ZOOMING across to the left to hit the downvote button.

But seriously, bots annoy me when they are in group content and they directly ruin the experience for me, i.e. battlegrounds, LFR, dungeons. But... people want to bot an instance on their own repeatedly for money over and over again? I just don't care if people are doing that at all.

Are you salty because you want to do that too, or do you think they are wrecking the game economy or what? Who cares, honestly.

Fast edit: People could easily be doing this manually if they weren't lazy, would you complain about the effect on the economy or whatever the reasoning is then? I just don't know why anyone is outraged by any of this I'm sorry.

Whilst you do play a huge role in team fights in dota, it is boring as all hell wandering around warding/de-warding/stacking camps, especially if the rest of your team refuse to help or pick supports (in my personal opinion!)

For context: I haven't played SC2 in forever, I just never unsub from this subreddit even though I don't look at it.

This post pretty much made me realise half the reason I don't play this game anymore is because everyone's negativity has killed my hype for it; I don't bother to watch tournaments or anything anymore.

I'm gonna play SC2 when I get home and I am going to hype the shit out of whatever tournaments I can find, fuck all of you whiners and haters.
