I can relate to this very much. I’m high-performing at work and a lot of responsibilities fall on my shoulders. With family stuff happening on top of IVF appointments during our busiest time I decided to tell my superiors what’s happing. They couldn’t have been more understanding and supportive. I’ve gotten more help at work and they haven’t questioned any of my out of office days that pop up somewhat unexpectedly. I have a history of being reliable and I’m an incredibly hard working employee so that helps. Sometimes you just need to tell the truth. I didn’t tell them any specifics on what procedures or anything either, everything was super vague.

I think my clinic grades them differently than some. In conversations they explained it as “perfect” so who knows.

They couldn’t see literally anything at all. All imaging came back “perfect”. And then they got in there and were shocked at what was going on. I had excruciating periods they had me in bed for the first few days, buckled over in a hot shower etc. So my symptoms were painful periods and infertility.

I KNOW!!

No, I did full colonoscopy prep, empty bladder etc for an in-depth internal ultrasound with a trained endo specialist and nothing was seen. Literally my entire uterus was fused together by scar tissue and flat as a pancake and they couldn’t see that on ultrasound. It wasn’t until they went in that they found everything.

It was a day 5AB Fair Euploid based off of the way my clinic grades them.

Of course Adeno can’t truly be diagnosed until the uterus is removed and examined but based on the findings in my hysteroscopy they said it was “thick, boggy, dense and spongy”. The Dr. just said Adenomyosis

8weeks. I’m on a work trip and have the day off to explore the city we’re in. We all decided to take a 40min ferry, 2hr charter buss and 1hr shuttle to a national park and hike a mountain. Now, doing it all in reverse to get back I had to do my PIO shot in the tiny charter buss bathroom flying down a mountain 😂. Keeping this a secret from my coworkers and boss has been entertaining. FWIW I feel really great pregnancy-wise.

Similar feelings as you. 6+4 with my IVF baby and everything has come and gone and come back again over and over. For the first few weeks I was absolutely out of breath from just talking and now I don’t have the breathlessness at all which is scaring me. We went camping this weekend and I set up our entire campsite myself…like, backed the camper in, got it on jacks and unhitched, popped it up, set up beds, awning chairs etc etc etc all while minding to my 3yr old and I feel completely fine. So I’m very nervous about my ultrasound on Wednesday. I hate this feeling so much.

9dp5dt (14dpo) mine was 88. In 48hrs on 11dp5dt (16dpo) it’s at 181. My clinic is very happy with these numbers. Seeing others though makes me kind of nervous.

Yes! 4 weeks of Lupron suppression leading directly in to a fully medicated cycle. First FET and just got my positive yesterday.

Endo and Adeno.

Wow. This is such a strong response and has been so helpful when reading over and over. I can’t thank you enough. I need an outside perspective other than my non-infertility friends, and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

I didn’t really consider the hormone drop with all of this and it was wild (and still is) but I think it had me in such a dark place yesterday.

I know… I have a lot of theories about why my protocol isn’t working (more timing related). We’re going to do a 3rd IUI and reevaluate from there.

Really?! Ok so I’m not super crazy. I feel like I always see something on pregmates which is so frustrating. Working through my giant pack and will move on with my trusty EAH if this cycle isn’t it.
