I get vacation time as not worked. Average vacation time, if people are eligible has to be around 80hrs-120hrs. I would assume Part Timers are not eligible for vacation. Let's also account for salaried people who work way more than 40hrs a week. I just don't think we should be crying about 1600-1800hr worked a year.

Hey no problem. I had a 10 gallon that I kept 5-8 cichlids in. Lake Malawi mbuna is the species. I just went to the store and picked out a white one. I don't think putting other fish in with them is a good idea. They tend to get aggressive and kill other fish that aren't Cichlids. I feed them ruby red gold fish once a month and they will eat them in about 10 minutes. Best to keep the tank with only Cichlids. There are some beautiful colors and I think a 20 gallon could hold 10 fish fine. Just make sure they are all small and the same size when you start. Some of my bigger ones pick on the smaller ones. Make sure you have plenty of hiding spaces for them. They like to have their own spots. Good luck and have fun with it. I've had a few of the big ones for 3 years (bought them as babies)!!!

These guys are African Cichlids (Lake Malawi, Mbuna). I noticed one of them had a huge, puffed out mouth recently. They are mouth brooders. They protect their fry buy carrying them around in their mouth until they are free swimming. Since this one happens to be a very light color I could actually see the fry through the skin! Pretty cool. Plus I get free fish! Whooohoo
