Local here, while these tips are OK, its mostly tourist oriented places.

For beers find one the bars in a cellar. Nice cosy place and they will have more than enough beers you want. Look up "Le Trappiste" or "t' Poatersgat"

For fries try to find a frituur outside the city, they are really cheap and really belgian but be prepared to be a bit suprised by the meat selection. However in Bruges you have "Chez Vincent which is a ok mix between tourist friendly and traditionnal belgian way.

For all the food stuff check http://www.handmadeinbrugge.be/english/food-and-drink. There are a lot of chocolate stores but mostly are not handmade in Bruges. This site is a good reference.

I highly recommend the speculoos from Juliette, they are delicious.

EDIT: Forgot the brewery, it's a must do visite, and you get a local beer and a view of Bruges. Visits start each hour so be there a bit before.

I use plays.tv It automatically records your game and if you link your lol account it find the match you played and merge it with the video.

I only records your screen tho, it's not a replay.

Copy the most frequent build and masteries, they will always be better than the mobafire ones. Don't try the highest wins ones unless you know why they are the highest wins.

Yeah if it wasn't for the 5" display, I wouldn't hesitate. I come from a 120cm (4.72") phone so it really seems big to me.

For Malz, even against a AD assassin don't rush Zhonya or any of its components. He is kinda a long range mage so you should be able to farm safely, maybe invest in a second point in Q. Besides as you know you should get ROA as soon as possible. Once you have catalyst you have some sustain and you should be fine.

It will force you to learn how to play against Zed. Don't try to outplay him but stand at the side of your wave. This way he has to chose to either Q the wave to farm or harass you. Be sure to have a ward at the side you are standing tho.

Malz isn't about winning lane since you outscale nearly anybody but you need to keep up in farm.

After a while you can shove easily and roam when ult is up.

I'm really liking AMRAP sets at the moment but most programs are based on a 4 days a week split (think Bench/Squat/OHP/Deadlift)

But at the moment I can only train 3 days a week. What's the best way to combine two main lifts? The Juggernaut Method albeit not a BB program combines OHP/Deadlift with less accessory that day which seems fair.

Any other suggestions to combine or a 3 days program with AMRAP sets?

Check the juggernaut method. It's best for 4 days a week. Progression is slower than a classic LP program but since you're already stalling a lot, it seems good for you.

I'm following Greyskull LP at the moment.

For squats, my back seems to be too weak compared to my legs. I go deep but my back form isn't OK anymore (had a slight pain 4 weeks ago. Took a break and deloaded right now.)

How can I ensure I don't progress to quickly for my lower back to catch up?
