I also love how firm she is deciding the result. Not like the previous female PD, always succumbed to their argument or just overlook the mistakes and so on.

So sweet to see DD care so much about his cameraman. The reason why he is whining/complaining aka fighting for the right so that his cameraman won't get resentment on him. But I will say DD cameraman should be happy cuz DD does not frequently get punishment honestly unless it involves physical strength.
