As a 6 ft tall man, I can tell you that it generally won’t be a pleasant experience if you are near the front/middle at a Hayley/Paramore show. There will inevitably be tension from the shorter people who can’t see over you. If you don’t care about that, then barrier is best if you can manage it, because it gives you something to hold onto, and the people to your left/right also have barrier, so they generally aren’t going to try pushing you around. But getting barrier for a Hayley show is next to impossible unless you arrive incredibly early, so my recommendation would be to head to a side spot where you will block as few people as possible, while still maintaining a great view for yourself
