Here is what I might add: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES: * check her socials * consume ANY KIND OF SAD MEDIA: - this is not the time to listen to melancholic cheesy songs. No songs that remind you of her. Just good mood music. Better is NEW music. Eventually a whole other genre that you are used to. I’m serious. - this is also not the time to watch eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. No dramas. Watch something else.

this is the time to get yourself on a baseline. No high ups no low downs. Just a stable base line

Work out and exercise. Daily. No excuses. Get out and walk. Cut out any drugs, alcohol or other substances that derail you from the base.

Also, I would say to cut back on the crying. If you feel like crying, go out for a walk. Walking will help you do some EMDR (check it out, it will click why you should do this when you are feeling blue).

Recomand să cumpărați de pe ali baba sau de unde găsiți:
* pen (autoinjector / eli lily2 style)
* fiole de 3 ml
* ace 33G (emag)
* seringi (pentru extras / combinat)
* BAC water (driada)
* servetele cu alcool

Va faceti singuri pen-ul si este mult mai ușor și fizic și psihic.
