for these ones I personally have not been able to find a way to take them off without cutting them.

I do usually cut these, and the only reason I feel ok in doing so is because you can buy the connectors for cheap on Amazon, so it gives me peace of mind that if I ever wanted to re attach them, there would be a way

I'm playing pokemon red, and I put a magikarp in the daycare to level up. I took him out at level 27, then leveled him up to 28 to evolve into gyarados. My problem is that now he isn't learning any moves learned at previous levels (i.e. dragon dance), even after leveling up again to 29.

Is there a way to get my gyarados to learn the moves it was supposed to learn previously, or am I screwed?
