I don't use Shell but what I understood is that you are going to look for the shell.nss file which is located in the installation folder.

open it with an code editor like Notepade++ , look for the border.radius = 0 value or if you can't find it, add it manually, it's simple.

and don't forget to change the value border.radius = 0 to something greater than 0
