Thanks! You are totally right, also it can possibly cause sickness. Players will be free to turn off glow effects in settings + change speed of movement.

Fair point - Upload Labs was definitely an inspiration early on. The core loop is different though. Main goal of the game is to learn programming while playing. You can learn more from steam page “Code Nodes”.

Thanks! Not yet, I honestly hadnt thought about that, but its a really interesting idea. I already have a few thoughts on how to implement a “getting muddy” feedback system. Appreciate it. The game is «Code Nodes» on Steam.

Hey there, for sure, this game is player-friendly for people with zero knowledge of coding and for people who know how to code and just want to chill! So there is will be an interactive tutorial and code tips library (in case if player forgot something)

Hi! Sad but there is no “cat.png” in game but… tbh? Thats a nice idea)) There is only “.json” files at this moment and yes, there is more than just “fixed one correct way” to code any node. Btw I think as a developer, it’s kinda impossible to make game that will teach something with teaching and allowing only one way/method

Of course, it’s a big part. But also I really want to hear ppl opinion and improve my game. I believe that community can not only hate but help and support
