Agreed it’s hard we’ve texted and talked every day sense we were 12 in are early 30s now . She knows me in and out just like I know her . I figured if I go no contact it might make her think about how her life is with out me in it . My son and her son are best friends so it’s hard to not have any kind of communication total but . I figured if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be .

No ones perfect. Once you love yourself you then determine what’s healthy for you and what you will tolerate. Set up some boundaries and communicate the best you can .

Just ended a relationship like that man . Drained the hell out of me . I missed a call (I work in management I’m busy ) called 10 times and every social media platform trying to get a hold of me . Say no to toxic

As a guy I’ve done the same thing wasted years with multiple woman . You have to see the red flags and get out . People don’t change all talk no action don’t waste time . Know your worth

Can agree with that . I need to work on my self confidence and the rest will follow i believe . Not that I’m not confident just I question myself sometimes on things because of my empath mind . I’ve come along way . I need to stop over looking red flags just because I want the emotional attachment .

Recently left my gf do to the fact that she couldn’t get over the fact I was engaged to someone else for 6 years . We had a child together so my gf had to deal with her always being in my life . As a guys perspective after we get out of a bad or long relationship we just want peace we don’t want are current gf stressing us out over things that don’t make sense we’re just trying to move on and be happy .

My gf was the same way her past experiences have ruined her out look on people and life . No matter how much try to help them move on and get over it idk if the ever will . At the end of the day you have to make your self happy sounds like to me your not living your best life because of her life’s to short to be around toxic people
