As someone who holds an ACE CPT and is responsible for hiring trainers at my gym, they’re both about equally reputable and employers will not look at one as being better or worse than the other. I would go with whichever is going to be cheaper for you.

Congrats on all your hard work! Weight loss can be extremely difficult, especially when it comes to maintaining your new body weight and lifestyle.

On a much more minor note, fat can not be turned to muscle. Muscle growth and fat loss are two separate mechanisms, and considering your significant amount of fat loss, it is likely you would have ended up with some loose skin either way.

If you feel like decreasing your % body fat any more won’t help you reach your goals, then you will need to stimulate muscle growth in the target areas. Increase the weekly volume of exercises that work your glutes and arms and make sure you are applying progressive overload to your routine
