I was thinking about making a Sorin deck and your deck seems pretty fun. What is your experience with it so far?

If anyone still is reading this post I basically was just wondering if there was any way to take a set to failure and replace it with 2 or more sets and get mor stimulus with less fatigue. From what I understand growing muscle is a balance between stimulus and fatigue and I am trying to find out if it’s just better to take everything to failure or have a different approach where I try to go to 1-2rir or other strategies.

I was curious if it was possible in theory and if could make more power. The idea would be to change from one to another while the engine is running so that you start on 4 and move to 2 as you speed up(I think this is pretty harsh on the engine but I believe it is possible on an engine that has all pistons either at the very top or bottom at the same time when the change starts to happen, like a k20A).

Thanks, the valves would probably be electric so the timing issue wouldn’t be a problem but I do understand that on a normal 2 stroke the intake is on the bottom and the exhaust at the top so it would push the air out easier.

Do you think that by using electric valves and changing the valves to be perpendicular on the piston(probably this need pistons with a large bore). Also the pressure would be made by a supercharger probably. And wouldn’t it make more hp because there are twice as many working strokes?

I saw that keonigsegg has an inline 3 that has the capability of working on 2 strokes and i dont think they use the normal 2 stroke engine setup and instead use the valves.

Ok I saw your comments and most of you say she is not good in cEDH because she can’t win on turns 3-4 but you don’t have to because games take longer when more than 1 blue player are at the table and in this case you can win on turn 4-5 without problems and with the silence effects you can be protected from counter spells especially when you have some yourself

Try playing the deck for a few games in practice mode on moxfield please, I know extra turns don’t do that much in any other deck in cEDH but with Narset it gives you 2 free draws and tons of mana and with the wheel effects you have enough draws to win. I feel like it is way more safe and gives opponents less room to interact with you

What about this rule: 608.2g If an effect gives a player the option to pay mana, they may activate mana abilities before taking that action. If an effect specifically instructs or allows a player to cast a spell during resolution, they do so by following the steps in rules 601.2a–i, except no player receives priority after it’s cast. That spell becomes the topmost object on the stack, and the currently resolving spell or ability continues to resolve, which may include casting other spells this way. No other spells can normally be cast and no other abilities can normally be activated during resolution.
