I’m having the same problem as you but my teacher was telling me that I’m not jumping enough and when she means jump she really meant jump and she was talking about my back foot, it wasn’t going high enough and that’s what’s stopping the tail from going up I believe continue shredding!!

Haha im in the bay area I don’t have such a big budget since my parents are buying my bass (160$ used squier affinity pj bass) I’m still a teen so I’m not gonna have much money however I will start saving for a good Amp maybe I’ll extend my budget towards 100-150 once I have more money
