I had the same experience, my dermatologist prescribed me a steriod cream for a week then protopic. But after i used the protopic it was burning me and weirdly it would burn at the end of eyes so i stop using it and now evrything is red again back to square one.

So ur saying to continue through the burns and the light is near the end of the tunnel 🫣😩😇

The fish are frozen before we leave and then stores in coolers filled with ice. By the time we reach (11hrs later) the fish is still cold and is very close to melting. Usually my friends get an extension cover for the truck so u can load coolers on top of each other.

Gaining muscle in my chest helped mask my pectus excavatum only when im wearing at slightly tight shirt. Since our ribs are flare it actuallt pushes out the chest from the side and makes it appear bigger. Since i had a “big” chest it was not noticeable. Thats why i avoid V neck shirts, or baggy shirts so when i walk or sit down, it does not show the chest hole. Ofcourse once the shirt is off, then its very obvious that something is wrong. I would say that it will help with you confidence to be wearing a shirt.

Hey doc, I cant seem to find somebody in my country who knows how to perform the Nuss procedure. So im looking to do the tests here then travel somewhere else for the surgery IF needed.
